Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a part-time Proofreader for a contract engagement supporting a nationwide healthcare technology organization. This remote role offers about 8–10 hours per week and focuses on reviewing customer-facing marketing content, enrollment communications, and campaign materials ahead of a large-scale open enrollment initiative.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in proofreading or copy editing, with strong grammar, spelling, and AP style knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proofreading, copy editing, or content review experience.
• Strong command of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style guidelines.
• Experience reviewing marketing, advertising, or customer-facing communications.

Responsibilities

• Proofread and edit marketing materials, enrollment communications, and customer-facing content.
• Ensure consistency with established brand, legal, and style guidelines.
• Partner with copywriters, designers, and project teams throughout review cycles.
• Identify grammatical, formatting, spelling, and content inconsistencies.
• Support quality assurance efforts before publication and distribution.
