Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with an AI voice model, compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Work remotely on a flexible schedule, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Ideal candidates exhibit strong attention to detail, clear written communication, and the ability to make informed judgments when multiple options have flaws.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Ability to explain observations clearly in writing and back up judgments with evidence.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to the prompts and judge adherence to instructions.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted visuals, artifacts, or mismatched audio.
• Provide a written, evidence-based explanation for each evaluation in English.
