Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.

• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely and spotting problems like artifacts, distortion, or mismatch.
• Rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, then writing specific English explanations.
