Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist for Sponsor Dedicated/Remote engagements. You will provide project and operational support to the clinical team, coordinating activities and maintaining study documentation in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Ideal candidates have entry-level clinical research exposure and familiarity with Veeva Vault and CTMS, with strong Excel skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research and understanding of trial processes.
• Experience with Veeva Vault and CTMS.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up.
• Adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
