Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a highly organized Project Manager for the Enterprise Content & Training (ECT) organization. You will review and improve project tracking, analyze existing projects, and bring structure across multiple initiatives.

Ideal candidates are proactive, capable of working independently, and adept at providing clarity in complex environments. This contract role supports governance, dashboards, and stakeholder collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of Project Management or project coordination experience.
• Strong experience creating and maintaining project tracking processes and reporting mechanisms.
• Advanced organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Experience working with SharePoint.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management and tracking tools.
• Ability to perform detailed analysis and identify project, process, or data discrepancies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project and contract audits and perform detailed analysis of existing projects and processes.
• Review project and contract status using internal systems, including SharePoint and Oracle-based contract tracking tools.
• Investigate active, inactive, and cancelled contracts and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
• Identify discrepancies in project data, processes, systems, and contract records.
• Develop, improve, and maintain project tracking processes, dashboards, reporting structures, and documentation.
• Create and maintain project trackers to improve visibility, accountability, and status reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Content, Royalties, and other business stakeholders.
• Gather information from stakeholders, resolve discrepancies, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support process governance and drive consistency across multiple ongoing initiatives.
• Bring structure and organization to unclear or disorganized project environments.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
