Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in insurance/healthcare/financial services.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with PM tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, Teams).

Aufgaben

• Maintain rigorous cost and contract control, including budgets, change requests, and financial reporting.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive project schedule with dependencies and recovery tactics.
• Lead procurement and vendor management, including SOWs and purchase orders.
• Conduct regular virtual project meetings with staff, vendors, and stakeholders to review progress.
• Ensure quality control and risk mitigation across all workstreams.
• Participate in project intake and planning, including charters and scoping.
• Support business development and strategic initiatives by participating in proposals and client presentations.
• Lead and develop project team members through mentorship and training.
