Job summary

DEPCOM Power is seeking a Project Manager for the Southeast portfolio to lead the execution of utility-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage, and Repowering projects from pre-construction through commissioning.

The role is remote with 25–50% travel to field sites. You will build high-performing teams, manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk, and foster strong customer and stakeholder relationships across nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing EPC, industrial, infrastructure, utility-scale renewable energy, or large capital projects.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams across scope, schedule, cost, quality, compliance, and customer expectations.
• Develop and execute project plans, forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.
• Apply economic thinking to evaluate cost, risk, schedule, and value tradeoffs to improve project outcomes.
• Build high-performing teams by setting clear expectations and coaching for contribution.
• Coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, utilities, consultants, and internal partners to ensure transparent communication.
