Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large development projects, coordinating planning, budgets, and field activities. You will manage site personnel and contractors to ensure timely, on-budget completion and effective communication with executives and partners.

The role emphasizes budget control, vendor management, and collaboration with owners, architects, and subcontractors to meet construction milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience on 2+ ground-up construction projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multiple projects.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, and leaders.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Participates in construction project planning, reviewing plans, and coordinating site personnel and contractors.
• Monitors budget and expenses, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Reviews bids, negotiates contracts, and procures materials and services.
• Tracks change orders and updates plans and budgets accordingly.
• Conducts site inspections, ensures compliance with codes and safety standards, and resolves issues.
