Achieve Test Prep is hiring a Project Manager to lead cross-department projects, research, audits, and analytics, ensuring timely delivery and value realization. You will refine requirements with stakeholders and drive process improvements in a fully remote, nationwide setting.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in PM/analytical roles, knowledge of PM processes, and comfort with fast-paced environments. Salesforce experience and Agile familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
• 4+ years in functional, operational, project management, and analytical roles.
• Knowledge of PM processes and methodologies.
• Project management certification is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Experience with Agile frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and schedule for regular, timely delivery of value.
• Define, manage, and lead project management processes.
• Develop comprehensive project documents, including plans.
• Provide regular status reports on progress, goals, and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather needs and translate into requirements.
