Job summary

SGX, part of the Propelis Group, seeks an Associate Project Manager to help plan, coordinate and execute small-scale packaging graphics projects. You will ensure timelines, costs, quality targets, and deliverable benefits while gathering requirements and establishing project plans.

Candidates in the Butler, PA area are preferred, with remote US work possible. The role involves collaboration across manufacturing, sales, marketing and purchasing teams, and contributing to workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating small-scale projects from planning to delivery.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and establish project plans.
• Ability to monitor cost, timing, quality and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes and understands project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, milestones and resources.
• Communicates project status and structure across teams and departments.
• Assists with cost analysis and deviations from approved budgets.
• Works with manufacturing, sales/marketing and purchasing on feasibility and approvals.
• Participates in cross-functional process improvements.
