Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Dynamic Project Manager for Low Voltage Electrical Products to lead mid- to high-complexity projects across the Industrial Distribution sector. Remote work with limited travel (<20%) and reporting to the Director of Industrial Vertical in the Project Management Organization. You will manage schedules, budgets, and customer expectations while coordinating with suppliers and customers across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and risk management to ensure on-time delivery and project profitability. The ideal candidate has a relevant engineering/business degree, 3+ years in Low Voltage, and experience with SAP and Tableau.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering or business administration.
• 3+ years of experience with Low Voltage Products.
• Experience with SAP and exposure to Tableau.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Project manager for multiple projects across the country.
• Accountable for order execution including schedule, financial, and commissioning performance.
• Create baseline project schedules and reset customer expectations at kickoff.
• Set firm expectations on product release dates.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve project issues.
• Increase margins through change orders and extended warranties.
• Provide financial invoice summaries and closeout support.
