Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Dynamic Project Manager for Low Voltage Electrical Products including Switchgear, Switchboards, Busway, and downstream products. The role focuses on executing mid to high complexity electrical distribution projects and interfaces with customers nationwide.

You will manage a portfolio of projects, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery, budget control, and quality. Remote-friendly with limited travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering or business administration.
• 3+ years of experience with Low Voltage Products.
• Experience with SAP and exposure to Tableau.
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple LV projects across the country, from kickoff to closeout.
• Own project schedules, budgets, and commissioning performance.
• Use COMPAS to configure orders and changes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Improve margins via change orders and price escalations.
• Provide project status updates and deliverables to customers.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues.
