Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Dynamic Project Manager for Low Voltage Electrical Products, including switchgear and busway, to lead mid-to-high complexity projects in the Industrial Market. The role supports remote work with less than 20% travel and collaborates with customers and internal teams to deliver on contracted scope.

You will manage a portfolio of projects nationwide, drive schedule and budget performance, and coordinate with suppliers and site teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering or business administration.
• 3+ years of experience in low voltage products.
• Experience with SAP and exposure to Tableau.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects across the country with accountability for schedule, financials, and commissioning.
• Create baseline project schedules and set expectations at kickoff.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Drive margins through change orders, price escalations, and extended warranties.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and ensure successful delivery.
