Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of project management experience in marketing, agency, or integrated campaign delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently across different stakeholder groups.
• Strong prioritization skills in fast-evolving, ambiguous environments.
• Experience with Workfront or equivalent project management platforms.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery for assigned pod initiatives from brief to completion.
• Coordinate across pods, manage priorities, dependencies, and delivery sequencing.
• Translate business objectives into executable milestone plans with pod leads.
• Maintain delivery plans in Asana and report pod health to leadership.
• Identify cross-pod dependencies and delivery risks early.
• Adapt to evolving pod structures and build stable ways of working.
• Report status and capacity utilization to the IMO Lead.
