Job summary

Hagerty is seeking a Project Manager, Integrated Marketing, to serve as an embedded delivery lead across Marketplace, Insurance, HDC, and other pods. You will drive end-to-end project management, ensuring aligned priorities, clear accountability, and smooth cross-functional collaboration across marketing teams.

You will work with pod leads to turn business objectives into executable plans, monitor progress in Asana, and report on pod health and capacity to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of project management experience in marketing, agency, or integrated campaign delivery
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently across different stakeholder groups
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across all levels of an organization

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery for all assigned pod initiatives with timelines, milestones, and stakeholder updates
• Manage multiple stakeholder groups with clear priorities, dependencies, and delivery sequencing
• Translate business objectives into executable, milestone-driven project plans with pod marketing leads
• Coordinate across MarComms, creative, production, and channels for integrated pod delivery
• Maintain project plans and delivery tracking in Asana for leadership visibility
• Identify and escalate cross-pod dependencies and delivery risks before issues arise
