Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and PMP certification.
• Minimum 5 years in hospital/healthcare HTM or medical equipment mgmt.
• Experience leading EHR deployments across facilities.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (TJC, ISO).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; public speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute HTM projects within VA healthcare system.
• Coordinate across Biomedical Engineering, VA centers, VISN leadership.
• Communicate status, risks, and milestones to diverse audiences.
• Develop detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Leverage CMMS knowledge to inform planning and tracking.
• Apply emerging tech, including LLMs, to support decisions and docs.
