Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering to hire a Project Management Specialist I – Global Conservation Strategy Analyst based in Brazil, with flexible remote work. You will support conservation project implementation across the Brazilian Amazon, coordinating diverse initiatives tied to 2030 goals and budgets, using data-driven reporting.

You will manage multiple workstreams, monitor indicators, and maintain portfolio information in Smartsheet, while collaborating across teams and external partners to

Qualifications

• Education at least a bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum three years of project and program management experience, preferably in conservation or environmental initiatives.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and matrixed structures.
• Strong planning, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to remote conservation sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the technical and operational management of multiple conservation projects and programs.
• Align project activities with strategic goals and 2030 conservation objectives.
• Monitor initiatives across territories and landscapes throughout the Brazilian Amazon.
• Develop and maintain action plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Define indicators, targets, and data sources to measure progress.
• Maintain project information in Smartsheet with budgets, risks, and performance data.
• Track budgets and ensure financial execution meets work plans and funder expectations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive summaries for leadership decisions.
• Organize evidence and ensure data quality for reviews, audits, and reporting.
• Identify operational risks and propose practical solutions within decision guidelines.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with partners and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance and promote project management best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and facilitate training where needed.
• Represent the organization in stakeholder forums with leadership alignment.
• Maintain file integrity and confidentiality of project documentation.
• Travel to remote sites to support field activities as required.
