Qualifications

• The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with 24 credit hours in business related courses.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in information systems development and project management, leading a team.
• PMI PMP certification required.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain a Public Trust; security clearance preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Management and technical direction of projects.
• Project performance including cost, schedule, deliverables, and compliance; ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee overall project/task performance and resource planning.
• Enforce work standards, supervise personnel, and communicate policies and goals.
• Assist budgeting for resources for project implementation and completion.
