Job summary

Magnus Management Group LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead contractor performance for a DHS Section 508 Accessibility Support Services program. The PM will be the primary contact for the Government and oversee contract administration, staffing, task execution, deliverables, reporting, quality, risks, and personnel training.

Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience managing projects of similar size and complexity.
  • Experience managing personnel, schedules, deliverables, risks, and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with Government leadership, technical personnel, and contractor staff.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Available by telephone 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all contractor activities performed under the Statement of Work.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer and CO’s Representative.
  • Coordinate accessibility testing, remediation, training, help desk, reporting, and operational support.
  • Manage project schedules, staffing, deliverables, risks, issues, and performance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a staffing plan addressing recruitment, retention, roles, and skills.
  • Track certifications, training deadlines, and completion status.
  • Incorporate training status into monthly project reporting.
  • Prepare and submit accurate project-management reports and deliverables.
  • Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure continuity of support with qualified replacements when required.
  • Participate in meetings, briefings, and other contractor-supported events.
  • Ensure materials are accurate, accessible, and delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain communication with DHS stakeholders and contractor personnel.
  • Respond to government requests for technical discussion within 24 hours.
