Job summary

Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Project Manager, Environmental Engineer, Geologist, or Scientist to lead environmental site characterization and remediation efforts for Energy, Industrial, and Real Estate clients. This full-time, remote-friendly role is based in the Tampa area and involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering practical, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Professional registration or certification, as applicable.
• P.G. or P.E. license required for geologists or engineers, as applicable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently lead project teams to achieve project and client goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of project teams with focus on delivery, quality, financial performance, and health and safety.
• Ensure projects are executed to meet project, client, and regulatory objectives.
• Lead full project life cycle including cost estimating, proposals, scheduling, subcontracting, resourcing, and financial management.
• Collaborate closely with project team, field teams, and stakeholders.
• Regularly communicate with clients, regulators, subcontractors, and partners.
• Mentor staff to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Plan and manage field investigations and design activities.
• Lead technical assessments and remedial design efforts as required.
