• 2–5 years of project management experience in digital marketing or coaching.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple active projects.
• Experience with marketing campaigns, launches, or coaching program operations.
• Proficient with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
• Strong communication, leadership, and remote-work capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing and coaching projects.
• Act as liaison between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Define goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with outcomes.
• Coordinate across content, design, automation, and client success teams.
• Manage timelines using ClickUp, Asana, or Trello; run stand-ups and progress checks.
• Create and improve SOPs, workflows, and documentation.
