Job summary

Novonesis, a remote-friendly biotech solutions company, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from initiation to completion. You will coordinate stakeholders across departments, drive risk management, and ensure on-time delivery against defined scope and budgets.

The ideal candidate has PMP/PRINCE2/CSM or equivalent certification, 5–10 years of PM experience, and strong communication skills to partner with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, PM, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of progressive project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Current professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience developing and managing project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive status reporting.
• Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with senior leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive decisions and deliver projects to completion.
• Proficiency with common project management and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional projects from planning through execution and closeout.
• Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
• Establish governance, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate activities across departments such as Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Maintain schedules and ensure accountability for commitments and milestones.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints with mitigation plans.
• Monitor performance against timelines, budgets, scope, and success metrics.
• Provide concise status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and resources via change management processes.
• Partner with leaders to translate strategy into executable plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve PM processes, tools, and governance.
