Responsibilities

• Plan and manage PR and external communications projects from start to finish
• Define scope, objectives and deliverables with stakeholders
• Build detailed project plans and share with teams
• Coordinate internal teams and outside vendors to run projects smoothly
• Set deadlines and assign responsibilities to keep work moving
• Ensure resources are available when needed and manage changes to scope
• Prepare status reports and progress summaries for leadership
• Document needs and workflows with diagrams and process maps
