Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related scientific discipline required.
• 5–7 years of air quality consulting experience.
• Project management experience preferred, with timeline and budget oversight.
• Proficiency with MS Office and time/expense tracking software.
• Understanding of AERMOD, SCREEN3, TRI-ME and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead NSR, non-attainment NSR, PSD, and Title V permitting efforts.
• Perform regulatory air dispersion modeling using EPA-recommended models (AERMOD).
• Develop emission inventories and perform BA C T assessments.
• Analyze regulatory applicability for state/federal requirements.
• Manage a team of consultants and ensure on-time project delivery.
• Maintain quality control, communicate with clients, and build relationships.
• Support business development and cross-sell environmental services.
• Travel less than 25% as needed.
