Job summary

Park National Bank is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery programs and drive roadmap execution within a fully remote role in the United States. You will coach agile teams, align initiatives with business strategy, and manage cross-functional resources.

Responsibilities include governance, milestone tracking, stakeholder engagement, budget coordination, and ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience leading complex projects, programs, or strategic initiatives.
• PMP and/or Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve operating framework, governance, and processes for the Delivery Team.
• Lead development and maintenance of product roadmaps; align initiatives with the business line strategy.
• Drive accountability for roadmap objectives; identify risks and dependencies; facilitate solutions.
• Assess resource requirements and coordinate internal and external resources to support programs.
• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable programs, project phases, and sprint plans; coach Agile teams.
• Monitor program performance, milestones, and metrics; report to leadership and Steering Committee.
• Engage stakeholders to support effective decision-making and organizational alignment.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align priorities and resources with objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, operational enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Establish program governance standards; ensure reporting and change management activities.
• Collaborate with manager on department budget and resource planning.
• Adhere to compliance requirements and risk management concepts and implement them daily.
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
