Qualifications

• Advanced degree in policy, development, or related field; or equivalent combination.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in project/ programme management, donor reporting, or financial monitoring.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder programmes in international development; strong writing & quality assurance skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, donor reporting, and financial monitoring across a multi-country portfolio.
• Ensure quality assurance and knowledge management, including partnership documentation.
• Develop practical workplans, trackers, dashboards, and concise management information.
• Prepare or review budgets, forecasts and performance outputs for donor reporting.
