Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in public policy, economics, international development, evaluation, social sciences, or related field.
• Five+ years in project/programme management, donor reporting or knowledge management.
• Experience supporting multi-stakeholder programmes in international development.

Responsibilities

• Manage project coordination, donor reporting, and financial tracking.
• Develop workplans, trackers, dashboards, and risk logs for management information.
• Enhance QA for donor-facing outputs with strong writing/editing.
• Document partnerships and manage knowledge effectively.
• Support implementation of the UNICEF Evaluation of Impact Strategy and use AI-enabled tools with human review.
