Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a detail-oriented professional to manage incoming draw and advance requests from Regional Banking Customers. You’ll ensure projects stay within budget and all required documentation is collected and retained.

The role supports construction and real estate transactions, aligns with federal regulations, and may involve training Credit Specialist I & II. This is an office-based role with potential flexible arrangements depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years’ experience in commercial banking or centralized lending.
• Experience managing budgets and project scope for real estate transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming Draw and Advance Requests from Regional Banking Customers.
• Review and organize documentation for budgets and funds availability.
• Adhere to policy, procedures and customer authentication.
• Handle complex draw requests, including larger leasehold or ground-up projects.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Regulations related to Ground Up Construction.
• Assist with training and mentoring Credit Specialist I & II roles.
• Perform other duties to support the line of business.
