Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years’ experience in business or commercial banking in a centralized lending environment or equivalent.
• Proven experience with managing to a project and budgeting in commercial or residential real estate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other internet resources.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Manage post loan booking customer draw requests in a timely manner.
• Review and organize documentation for advance requests to ensure budget adherence and funds availability.
• Adhere to policy and procedures regarding customer callback and authentication.
• Handle draw requests with varying complexity, including larger leasehold projects and ground-up construction.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Regulations related to Ground Up Construction and provide updates in business tracking systems.
• Assist with training and mentoring, supporting Credit Specialist I & II job families.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the line of business.
