Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of related project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, track and report on project timelines.
• Manage project budgets and approve invoices.
• Produce and distribute status, tracking and financial reports.
• Prepare and present project information at meetings.
• Coordinate with project resources within and outside the organization.
• Support proposals development and sales presentations.
• Identify and negotiate out-of-scope project work.
• Provide input into proposals and RFPs.
• Ensure work complies with SOPs and timelines.
• Serve as backup contact for internal Project Managers.
• Develop process improvements with other Project Managers.
