Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of LV/eCOA PM experience required.
• Strong knowledge of different eCOA tools.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience accepted.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results to required quality and timelines.
• Good teamwork and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimal direction.
• Strong software skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create, track and report on project timelines and milestones.
• Produce and distribute status, tracking and financial reports for stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and invoicing; support proposals and client interactions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to meet milestones.
• Train and mentor junior staff and drive process improvements.
• Present project information at internal and external meetings.
