Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Project Implementations Manager, open to candidates based anywhere in the United States. You will drive new business startups, improve operational efficiency, and oversee project delivery on time and budget.

The role requires leading a cross-functional team, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to standards while traveling up to 85% as needed. You will coordinate planning, risk assessment, and communications, while guiding teams and building a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytical field or related experience.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in operations, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience appreciated.
• Project management experience expected.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Establish realistic goals and implement action plans for achieving set objectives for new business implementations.
• Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with standards, procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure availability of financial, material and human resources required to complete a project successfully.
• Use specialized tools to delegate and ensure even distribution of tasks to team members.
• Participate in educational programs to update knowledge and expand networks.
• Motivate team members to meet project goals by carrying out responsibilities.
• Manage all aspects of projects including planning, communication, risk assessment and resources.
• Create a collaborative work environment conducive to creative thinking.
