Job summary

U.S. Engineering offers a Summer Internship Program. This full-time, 10–12-week position runs May through August 2026 and can be filled at remote locations in Montgomery, AL; Bridgeport, AL; and West Memphis, AR.

Interns will gain hands-on experience, support project managers, and network with senior leaders in a fast-paced engineering environment. The role emphasizes documentation, site visits, and collaboration with electrical engineers and designers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, piping, and plumbing in commercial/industrial settings preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning and coordinating onsite construction activities.
• Prepare technical documentation such as reports, RFIs and submittals.
• Support scheduling, resource allocation, and project coordination.
