Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group in the United States is seeking a motivated Project Engineer – Electric Distribution to join our growing Electric Programs team. This role blends hands-on engineering with early project management growth, mentoring, and exposure to multiple project types.

You will lead design and delivery of electric distribution projects, support permitting, client coordination, and risk management while developing towards a Project Manager role over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience supporting electric distribution systems (overhead/underground).
• Strong communication and collaboration with engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver electric distribution projects, including overhead and underground layouts.
• Lead QC reviews of design packages and technical analyses.
• Support permitting and coordination with municipalities and utilities.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
• Contribute to project planning, forecasting, and client communications.
