Job summary

ATR International is seeking a proactive real estate and facilities project assistant in the United States. You will help manage projects, track schedules, and prepare dashboards and meeting minutes.

Responsibilities include lease administration, budget support, and maintaining detailed records for contracts and documents. The role requires project management experience, strong organization, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Project management experience, detail-oriented.
• Experience with Real Estate Lease Management and payments processing is preferred; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Job description

Qualifications

• Project management experience, detail-oriented
• Microsoft Office, SAP (nice to have), Real Estate Lease Management, Payments Process
• Experience working in the medical device manufacturing industry highly preferred

Compensation

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
