Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler to join the GDOT Major Projects team in Georgia. You will develop and maintain baseline schedules, create CTD schedules, and support project managers from pursuit through execution to ensure schedules and budgets stay on track.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, 3+ years in transportation projects, Primavera P6 proficiency, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in transportation/infrastructure projects.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and Excel.
• Understanding of Critical Path Method scheduling concepts.
• External GDOT pre-let design-build experience.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline schedules aligned with contract milestones.
• Create CTD (Contract Time Determination) schedules aligned with staging plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders on timelines and budgets.
• Update schedules and analyze risks; propose mitigations.
• Assess schedule impacts of client changes and advise on timelines.
• Support document control with client reporting and data management.
• Assist in cost control and change management to protect profitability.
