Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 6+ years in project controls or project management on large infrastructure projects.
• PMI/PMBOK or CAPM/PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with public utilities, municipalities, and regulatory stakeholders is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project governance activities, maintaining required documentation and approvals throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track action items to completion.
• Manage contracts, amendments, change orders, and project correspondence, ensuring accessibility.
• Review contracts to support compliance with terms, milestones, and reporting obligations.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, accounting, and stakeholders to ensure timely administration, invoicing, changes, and closeout.
• Maintain project controls systems and reporting repositories for data integrity.
