Job summary

Ardurra is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to join our Coeur d'Alene team as a Project Civil Engineer. Lead complex land development projects, manage client relationships, and drive business growth in a multidisciplinary environment, overseeing grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 3–5+ years of site design and permitting experience.
• EIT certification or PE license (Washington or Idaho).
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple projects (both public and private).
• Prepare utility plans and profiles.
• Prepare grading plans.
• Prepare roadway plans and profiles.
• Perform storm drainage calculations.
• Prepare preliminary plats.
• Coordinate with project team, clients, contractors, and permit agencies.
