Job summary

Ardurra is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to join our team as a Project Civil Engineer in Idaho. This role leads land development projects, oversees grading, drainage, utilities and roadway design, and ensures quality and client satisfaction.

The position offers remote work within Idaho, opportunities to mentor staff, and collaboration with governmental agencies and the project design team to grow the business in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• 3–5+ years of related experience in site design and permitting.
• EIT certification (Washington or Idaho) or PE license.
• Strong computer skills including AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Highly self-motivated self-starter with project forecasting ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple land development projects including grading, drainage, utilities and roadway design.
• Manage client relationships and drive business development opportunities.
• Coordinate with government agencies and permit representatives.
