Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing or related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; proactive communicator.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5% and work with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support overall project management activities for clinical trials.
• Coordinate tasks, maintain documentation, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Assist with timelines, budgets, and resource planning within projects.
• Maintain study-specific financial reports and contribute to financial health.
• Document scope, objectives, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Lead internal communication among project team members and updates.
• Escalate risks and issues and drive timely resolution and follow-up.
• Maintain project management tools and methodologies.
• Support QA activities and preparation for audits and reviews.
