Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Project Architect to lead the production and coordination of architectural drawing sets for custom homes and residential renovations in California. You will manage projects from schematic design to permit-ready documents, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and code compliance within Title 24 requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of California Building Regulations and Title 24 energy compliance.
• Proficiency in drafting and 3D modeling for residential projects.
• Experience producing permit-ready construction documents for custom homes.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of complete drawing sets for custom homes and renovations.
• Apply CA codes and Title 24 in submittals and drawings.
• Create 3D models and renderings to communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with interior design and project stakeholders to translate concepts into documentation.
• Manage drawing sets across projects and track revisions.
