Job summary

The LSP Association (LSPA) is seeking a Program & Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute education programs and networking events for Massachusetts environmental professionals. You will manage virtual and in-person events, handle CE administration, and support the sponsorship program while delivering excellent member experiences.

This role requires 2-5 years in related fields, strong communication, project management, and the ability to work with volunteers, sponsors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in program/event planning or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Professional communication with members, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and manage programs and speakers for all LSPA courses and events.
• Handle on-site event logistics, venue contracts, food/beverage, and AV needs.
• Coordinate virtual programs, setup, attendance tracking, and speaker training.
• Administer CE materials, credit approvals, and attendance records.
• Support sponsorship programs, outreach, and sponsor communications.
