Anteriad is seeking a Customer Success professional to join its team and provide top-notch post-sale support for our line of marketing products. You will act as the primary resource for customers, sales, and operations, ensuring smooth issue resolution and campaign execution.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer support or success, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with data-driven marketing solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of related experience in providing post-sale support or customer success
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with data-driven marketing products and campaigns is a plus

Aufgaben

• Provide post-sale support for Anteriad’s products across content syndication, display advertising, and data services
• Serve as a bridge between sales, operations, and customers to drive campaign success
• Develop strategies with Sales to maximize customer investment and satisfaction
• Utilize Salesforce, Qlik, and proprietary platforms to generate reports and insights
• Assist teams with ad-hoc projects and support requests as needed
