Job summary

General Dynamics IT seeks a Program Monitor to conduct monitoring reviews, develop toolkits, and analyze data for grant-based programs. You will lead on-site and remote reviews, interview recipients and stakeholders, and prepare in-depth monitoring reports.

The role requires a BS/BA with 4+ years in M&E, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with immigrant/refugee populations. 100% remote, with domestic travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA degree; 4+ years of M&E experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience working with immigrants, refugees, and underserved populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site and remote monitoring reviews to assess recipient compliance and data collection.
• Conduct individual or group interviews with staff, participants, and stakeholders about program administration and outcomes.
• Review program data and documents to determine compliance with grant requirements and policies.
• Identify promising practices and technical assistance needs.
• Prepare monitoring reports with in-depth analyses of findings.
• Update monitoring tools as needed and liaise with program staff on monitoring/data issues.
• Provide training on monitoring/evaluation topics as required.
• Participate in meetings and assist with additional projects as needed.
