Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to support transformer programs for strategic utility customers across North America, working remotely from North Carolina.

You will lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to align execution with customer commitments and business goals. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least five years of project/program management experience, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management or program management experience.
• Experience leading teams with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, commercial, supply chain and external partners.
• Provide clear status updates and maintain visibility for internal teams and customers.
• Identify risks and develop practical mitigation plans.
• Support issue resolution and coordination from order entry through manufacturing and delivery.
• Apply contract, claim, and change management practices to support customer commitments.
