Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Manager to support TSA TOMCAT in Springfield, VA. You will organize, direct, and manage task-order operations for the Information Assurance and Cyber Security Division, coordinating with the engineering and architecture contractor to transition projects to operations and maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of PM experience, with cybersecurity by design, cloud migration, and AI/ML experience, and the ability to obtain TSA suitability and DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical or management discipline is required.
• 8 years total experience with at least 4 years in Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, directs, and manages task order operation support functions for IAD.
• Maintains client interfaces with IAD project POCs.
• Coordinates with customer and contractor personnel on task plans and deliverables.
• Ensures conformance with project schedules.
• Establishes and maintains technical and financial progress reports.
