Responsibilities

• Develops, negotiates, and monitors the technical aspects of complex contracts between the Public Works Board and funding recipients.
• Monitors contractor compliance and ensures timely delivery of all deliverables.
• Guides projects through board processes, forms, amendments, and loan repayments.
• Maintains data in CMS and builds cooperative relationships with government and industry partners.
