Job summary
Danaher Diagnostics seeks a Program Manager to drive key BioPharma projects across CoEs and OpCos, delivering high-impact solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, apply DBS tools, and advance continuous improvement initiatives to accelerate precision medicine programs.
The role supports flexible remote work and may be based in a US hub. A scientific/engineering degree with NP development experience is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field required.
- Advanced degree (PhD or MD) in a biological science preferred.
- PMP certification preferred and willingness to obtain it.
- Experience across the full new product development lifecycle from concept through commercial execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority, external-facing projects and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with BioPharma and Diagnostic OpCo partners to deliver programs from BoW.
- Drive project execution using DBS tools (VPM, VSM, Daily Management) and problem-solving principles.
- Continuously assess processes for improvement opportunities and implement standard work changes.
