Job summary

Danaher Diagnostics seeks a Program Manager for Precision Medicine and BioPharma Solutions. You will lead high-priority projects, coordinate with BioPharma OpCos, and apply DBS methodologies to accelerate impact across disease states. Remote work options are available in the US, with travel 10–20% as needed.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Operations, you’ll partner across DBS teams to deliver high-impact solutions, using VPM, VSM, and AI tools to optimize outcomes and patient lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field; advanced degree preferred.
• PhD or MD in biology is a plus; PMP preferred and encouraged to obtain PMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead external-facing projects and cross-functional teams in BioPharma, delivering on time and on budget.
• Collaborate with Diagnostic OpCo partners to align BoW programs and drive impact.
• Apply DBS tools to drive project execution and problem solving across the BioPharma function.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to standard work.
