Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Prior study/work/volunteer abroad experience highly desirable.
• Experience building and sustaining professional relationships across diverse groups.
• Experience in account management or sales handling multiple clients/programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customized, faculty-led and experiential programs.
• Proactively seek new customized program development opportunities.
• Gather details and requirements for requested programs.
• Collaborate with international staff and partner organizations to develop itineraries and budgets.
• Prepare and present detailed program proposals and contracts for university partners.
• Oversee pre-departure processes for staff and faculty.
• Analyze post-program evaluations and renew future programs.
